I’ve also dotted the page with Download buttons so you can grab them at no charge. So why do I bother creating these in the first place well , let me walk you through my reasoning.
As I’m sure you know triceratops were prehistoric creatures that roamed this planet eons before humans ever set foot on it. Back in those ancient days they’d spread themselves across virtually every corner of the globe, which meant that pretty much every other animal steered clear of them and for good reason they were among the fiercest dinosaurs around. That’s precisely why I wanted to make sure nearly every kid gets to know them. There’s something about encountering one of nature’s most powerful beasts that just captures their imagination. The problem, of course is that we only have fossils left to study nowadays so they’ll never actually see what these creatures looked like. That’s where the coloring pages come in they’ll satisfy their curiosity while giving them a chance to bring their own dinosaur to life in whatever colors they choose.
I should tell you a bit about how i put these together, we kept all the backgrounds plain white which makes the colors really pop and gives kids the freedom to fill in any empty space however they want. That said a few of them do have some extra details in the background. If it’s just one triceratops on the page your child should have no trouble coloring it but, when there’s more going on in the background you might want to help guide them with their color choices there’s simply more to work with. Still both versions should be manageable for most kids.
