Last week I visited Urban SalonSpa Hairdresser in Washington DC for the first time and I want to share my experience. I had been searching for a hair salon for a long time and finally based on a friend’s recommendation I decided to try Urban SalonSpa. I’m so glad I did!
As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted with a warm atmosphere. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. While I waited they offered me a hot coffee and gave me the latest fashion magazines to relax. The salon’s decor was modern and stylish. Everything was clean and organized which made my first impression very positive.
After my appointment started I met my stylist Sarah and we had a long conversation about my tresses and the style I wanted. After examining the texture and condition of my mane she explained the cutting and coloring options that would suit me best. I hadn’t made a significant change to my hair in a long time so I was a bit nervous but Sarah’s professional approach and detailed explanations made me feel completely at ease.
The cutting and coloring process was very relaxing. Sarah explained each step she took and why she was doing it which made the process much more understandable and enjoyable for me. The color of my lock turned out exactly as I wanted—natural and shiny. The cut perfectly complemented the shape of my face. The result was truly amazing!
One of the best things about Urban SalonSpa is the products they use. They were all high-quality and made from natural ingredients. During my treatment they made my lock feel soft and healthy. Sarah also gave me valuable tips on how to care for my hair at home.
Overall my experience at Urban SalonSpa Hair Salon was excellent. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional and friendly service. I plan to go regularly from now on and can’t wait for my mane to always look this good!
