I visited Urban SalonSpa Hair Salon in Washington DC for the first time last week & thought I would share about it. And I have sought a hairdresser for long and finally by the advice of my friend tried Urban SalonSpa. I am glad I did!
I stepped in, and instantly was given a welcome feeling of warmth. The reception staff were kind and helpful. They gave me a hot coffee and told me it was the latest fashion magazine to wait. The dresses with which the hall was decorated were modern and stylish. My first impression was quite positive since everything was clean and organized.
Once my appointment was underway, my stylist Sarah sat down with me to discuss my hair and ask what type of hairstyle I wanted. She assessed my hair’s thickness and current state before explaining what cuts and colors were available to me. I haven’t done anything drastic to my hair in a while, so I was a bit nervous, but Sarah made me feel totally confident with her professional approach and thorough explanations.
It was a very laid back cutting and coloring process. At each step, Sarah explained what she was doing and why. This made it way clearer and easier for me to enjoy the process. My hair color is perfectly what I desired, natural and it is bright. This cut complemented my facial features. The result was really great!
Urban SalonSpa uses some of the best products as part of their service. All were organic and natural ingredients. During my hair treatment, they added a feeling of softness and health to my hair. Sarah also shared some tips for how to maintain my hair at home.
Overall my experience was great at Urban SalonSpa Hair Salon. I highly recommend this salon for a professional and friendly service. I definitely intend to go regularly moving forward and can’t wait for my hair to always look this great!
