Urban SalonSpa Hair Salon

My first visit to Urban SalonSpa Hair Salon in Washington DC last week and I want to share my experience! I had been searching around for a hair salon for a good long while and finally rolled the dice on Urban SalonSpa, after my friend raved about it. I am glad I did!

It was the first salon I walked into, and immediately when I entered it was inviting. The staff at the reception was also helpful and nice. While I waited, they served me hot coffee and let me read the latest fashion magazines. The hall was very modern and stylishly decorated. Heck, everything was neat and tidy, so my first impressions were positive.

Once my appointment started, I was introduced to my stylist Sarah, and we chatted for some time about my strands and the look I wanted to achieve. After assessing my hair’s texture and current state, she went over my options for cut and color. As I hadn’t been extreme with my hair for a while (cautiously armed myself) but Sarah was confident in her expertise, explained what she was thinking and how we were going to get to my ideal (dream) look, so I felt fully secure in her trust.

It was a very low-profile process of cutting and painting on color. At every stage, Sarah told what she was doing and why. This made the whole thing a bit simpler and more fun for me. The colour you gave me was natural and bright which is exactly what I asked for. The cut framed my features beautifully. The result was really great!

One of my favorite things about Urban SalonSpa are the products. All the ingredients were quality and natural. In fact, my hair felt soft and healthy while using them throughout my hair care. Sarah also gave some great tips for how to care for my hair at home.

Plus, Urban SalonSpa Hair Salon is affordable. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who needs professional friendly service. I’ll definitely be making this a regular thing from now on, and I can’t wait to see what my hair is going to look like like this all the time!
