It tells you what values to enter when you start welding. There are two types of screens available, one is beige and the other is black referred to as the Robust feed model. When you look at the small green data LED screen you will notice specific dimensions displayed. The beige-colored machines contain buttons with these functions,

  1. Memory buttons for welding data.
  2. Switch between crater filling time post-inductance gas flow time and synergy options.
  3. Select wire inching.
  4. Activate gas purge.
  5. Display screen settings.
  6. Change between welding modes, MIG/MAG and MMA.
  7. Toggle between Synergy Qset and manual modes.
  8. Enable creep start and crater fill.
  9. Switch between 2-stroke and 4-stroke.
  10. Choose between welding torch trigger and panel settings changes via remote control.
  11. Set the hot start option.
  12. Adjust voltage/Qset settings.
  13. Show different variables and units on the display.
  14. Switch between amperage estimation and wire feed speed. (Amperage estimation only appears in synergy mode.)
  15. Set the selected parameter using button 2.
  16. Indicate the activation of the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device).

Symbol reference
