You can download the user manual for the MA25 Pulse welding machine in PDF format for free. When you open the manual, you will first see the features on the management screen of the welding machine. This screen will guide you on which values you need to enter during the welding process.
The management screen has two different designs: beige and black screen. The models with the black screen belong to the so-called “Robust Feed” series. You can find information about the machine model you have in the relevant section of the manual. But first, you need to download the PDF file of the user manual to your computer by clicking here.

The third section of the manual contains detailed information about the various functions of the machine. The data in this section provides you with important information on how to make an ideal weld. It also explains step by step how to program the machine so that you can save your welding settings in its memory and use them again. Please look carefully at the illustration below and follow the instructions.

- Toggle between crater fill time, inductance, final gas flow time and synergy options.
- Wire inching selection.
- Gas purge selection.
- Screen capture.
- Switching between welding modes: MIG/MAG and MMA.
- Switching between Synergy Qset™ and manual modes.
- Switching between creep start and crater fill.
- Switch between 2-stroke and 4-stroke welding mode.
- Switch between panel settings and program changes via welding torch trigger and remote control unit.
- Hot start selection.
- Voltage/Qset™ setting.
- Indicating which variables and units will be displayed on the screen.
- Switching between ampere estimation setting and wire feed speed. (Ampere estimation can only be selected in synergy mode)
