I’ve selected some various Triceratops coloring pages for your kids and placed them right here on this page. I also added download buttons so you can download them all for free. So, why did I make these coloring pages and share them with you? We’ll look at the story behind them.
You may know that Triceratops is a species of dinosaur that lived long before humans walked the Earth. They were all over the world back then so all the other species were pretty scared of them because they were easily one of the strongest dinosaurs around. I really wanted to give yours a chance to get to know them better because almost every kid out there absolutely loves them. And it’s really exciting for kids to see one of the most powerful animals in history. And with their fossils being all they have left today, they will never get to know what they actually looked like in real life. These coloring pages will quench their curiosity and allow them to bring a colorful dinosaur to life.
I also want to tell you a few things about the design of these coloring pages. I kept every page with an absolutely white background. This makes the colors pop a lot more and it lets kids fill in the empty space around the dinosaur with whatever colors they want. Though I did add a few extra drawings to the background on some of them. The pages with only one Triceratops will be simple enough for your kids to color on their own. But with the ones with backgrounds you might want to help them with the colors because they have a lot more lines to work with. But remember, your kids should be able to do both types of styles in the end.
