uTorrent 2013 Download
Free Music Download uTorrent 2013
uTorrent 2013 provides an easy way to share large files over the internet and the protocol has very quickly gained a huge worldwide following. The low cost of distribution means that uTorrent 2013 is popular with many software publishers, while users benefit from faster downloads and access to a massive range of content. There are scores of torrent clients to choose from, but uTorrent is one of the smallest and fastest available.
The skinnable interface of the program is easy to navigate and features the option to integrate RSS feeds from your favourite torrent sites. Simple controls are available to start, pause and cancel downloads, and speed limiting options can be used to ensure that when seeding completed downloads, your connection is not saturated to an extent that download speeds are adversely affected.
Scheduling can be used to place limits on upload and download speeds at different times of day. This is helpful if your ISP has different usage limits for on- and off-peak hours. You can schedule downloads to trickle in slowly during the day to keep within your monthly transfer limit as well as ensuring that your internet connection is still useable for other purposes, while letting them run at full speed at night when your connection is not needed for anything else and fewer usage restrictions are in place.
A web interface makes it possible to control your torrents from any computer with an internet connection and completed downloads can be automatically moved to a folder of your choice. uTorrent 2013 is an excellent example of ‘pick up and play’ software, with virtually no learning curve and excellent performance.
This is the brand new uTorrent 2013 v3. The brand new version includes streaming which enables you to start watching shared video content whilst you are still downloading, a ratings facility so you can judge whether a torrent is worthy of a download, a portable mode so you can take it on a USB stick and much more.

uTorrent 2013 for Sharing Files
Download the latest version uTorrent 2013 by returning to the site’s homepage and clicking the large green button. Since the file that you download is the complete program itself, and not an installation file, do not save it into any temporary directory where you normally save installation files off the Internet. When you run the program, you will see the interface pictured below, without any torrents listed in the main panel to the right.
In order to make any changes to the program’s configuration, choose Preferences from the Options menu.
More than likely, you will not need to modify any of the default settings. But be sure to check the Directories section (the third one), to see exactly where on your computer your downloaded torrents will be placed, once completed.
Clicking on the “Download this torrent!” link on that page, pops up a dialog box in our current Web browser
Clicking the “OK” button opens the torrent file in uTorrent 2013
uTorrent 2013 will use the default torrent destination directory, but you can change that. In this example, we will save the file into a temporary directory, C:\_t. Clicking the “OK” button adds the torrent to the main panel in uTorrent 2013, which immediately begins looking for sources for the file.
We see, in Figure 11, the name of the torrent, its file size, how much of it has been downloaded , the current status, how many seeds and peers have been found on the BitTorrent network, the download and upload speeds, the estimated time of completion, how much of it has been uploaded to other users, and other information.
For any torrent listed in the panel, you can view a variety of information about it, by clicking on any of the seven tabs near the bottom portion of the application window. The General tab provides a visual representation of what parts of the file have been downloaded so far, and what parts are available, as well as their level of availability, with darker blues indicating portions that are more available than others. Additional details are listed below that.
The Trackers tab lists all of the BitTorrent services that are tracking this particular torrent.
Interested in what kind souls are providing you with the torrent that you are currently downloading? Just check the Peers tab for a list of them. uTorrent 2013 even tries to identify and label their countries of origin.
The next tab, Pieces, shows you how your chosen torrent has been divided into separate pieces, as well as the download status of the blocks that comprise each piece.
Most torrents consist of multiple files, and you can see a list of them in the Files tab. In our sample torrent, there are only two such constituent files.
